My days are beautifully full—chasing toddlers, prioritizing daily movement, and cherishing quality time with my husband and children. As a Registered Dietitian with a background in athletics and performance, and a life grounded in faith and family, I believe our bodies are intentionally designed, and that true health enables us to live out our full potential.My approach goes beyond rigid plans or quick fixes. Rather than focusing on restriction, I help individuals and families integrate the nourishing foods, habits, and rhythms that support sustainable metabolism, steady energy, and real-life wellness.
